- All items purchased and paid for before 16:00 are delivered to BRT on the same day, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- The courier makes deliveries on working days (with the exclusion, therefore, of Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours from the date of the Shipping Confirmation (except in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances). Slightly longer times may be required to reach the most disadvantaged areas and the islands.
- De Matteis Srl will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
